We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Support specialist to oversee the lifecycle of SBS shops, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities- Analyze and manage Seller Center activities, including SKU creation, marketing promotions, and voucher management.
- Verify pricing, vouchers, and discounts for accuracy, utilizing data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor inventory levels, flagging expiry management, returns to seller (RTS), inbounding, available to promise (ATP), and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Generate regular inventory reports, using business intelligence tools and metrics to inform operational decisions.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team Leader to address operational challenges and maintain uninterrupted shop execution.
- Proactively identify and report operational concerns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Execute warehouse requests to ensure efficient operations, streamlining logistics and supply chain processes.
- Escalate buyer chat concerns or escalations to the Customer Facing team or Team Leader, providing timely support and resolution.
- Handle ad hoc requests as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- At least 1 year of related experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate of any business course, marketing, computer studies or equivalent.
- Relevant experience, e.g., in e-commerce, customer service, or operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in using Seller Center and other relevant tools, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with creativity and resourcefulness in addressing complex issues.
- Mid-Senior level position, offering opportunities for growth and professional development.
