This role reports to the Senior Manager of FX Market Surveillance within Capital Markets, supporting global Refinitiv businesses in managing regulatory and compliance risks. The position is based in Manila and focuses on market surveillance for FX platforms such as FX MTF, FXall, Matching, RAD, and Dealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor trading activities for violations like price manipulation, spoofing, insider dealing, and market abuse.
  • Review platform trading activities against rules and regulations.
  • Manage and escalate surveillance alerts.
  • Present findings to the Surveillance Review Team and manage case lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and calibrate alerts, and implement new surveillance tools.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to trading platforms.
  • Develop and maintain regulatory policies and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare regulatory reports and assist in policy updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance functions.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel and MS Access.
