Lead Coffee Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our coffee team and elevate the customer experience in one of our cafes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise as a Lead Coffee Expert or Senior Barista in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess profound knowledge on specialty coffee and tea preparation.

  • Oversee and motivate a team of baristas, providing expert training and guidance to ensure consistent drink preparation and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring top standards of beverage quality and customer service.
  • Develop innovative coffee and tea-based menu items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure the coffee bar is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.
