Senior Barista / Lead Barista – OTW (BGC)

Location: OTW Coffee, G/F NAC Tower, 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City

OTW Coffee is a unique coffee-cup–shaped stall located in the heart of BGC. We serve specialty coffee with speed, consistency, and passion, and we're looking for a Senior Barista to lead our small but growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and brewed coffee drinks with precision and consistency.
  • Lead and mentor junior baristas, ensuring excellent customer service and proper coffee-making techniques.
  • Manage daily operations of the stall, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the stall in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Provide a welcoming experience for customers by engaging with them in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist in training new hires and maintaining OTW Coffee's standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of barista experience in specialty coffee shops.
  • Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, brewing methods, and latte art.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle peak-hour operations efficiently.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (weekdays/weekends/holidays).
