Coffee Connoisseur Leader

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will have you leading a team of skilled baristas in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently prepare high-quality beverages.
  • Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Innovate new coffee and tea-based menu items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation, including brewing methods and flavour profiles.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable experience for guests.
  • Lateral art experience is essential.
  • Possession of a passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
