Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

The Quality Assurance Team is responsible for ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations. The key to this is effective leadership and a focus on delivering excellence in every aspect of our work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA team to ensure efficient execution of quality audits, reports, and corrective actions
  • Build a high-performance culture within the QA team that values accountability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve assistant performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Training & Quality professional in a BPO, managed services, or tech/startup environment
  • SUCCESSFULLY reduced churn or improved client retention through quality-focused initiatives

This role requires a strong leader who can drive excellence and make a direct impact on client satisfaction.
