Job Summary

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading operational functions, ensuring teams work seamlessly to deliver efficiency and effectiveness.

This position is responsible for implementing strategies that align with the company's mission and vision, driving operational excellence through process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations and optimize productivity.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop operational strategies.
  • Process Enhancement: Analyze current processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and performance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven Work Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a similar setting.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • IT Skills: Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and organizational skills with effective communication abilities.

Work Requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • Computer Specifications: Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent.
  • Noise Cancelling Headset: Noise cancelling headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection: Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
