
Administrative Support Specialist

As a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the executive team and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative support to the executive team.
- One of your key responsibilities will be to update property spreadsheets for upload to various platforms, creating two different versions for each platform on a regular basis.
- Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Other key responsibilities include conducting research on events and religious affairs of interest, as well as contributing to engagement strategies and raising the profile of our organization.
- To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software is also highly desirable, particularly with HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also crucial, as you will be working closely with team members and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online research tools would be beneficial in this role.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management would also be valuable.
- A knowledge of the real estate industry and property management would be advantageous.
