Business Analyst Position

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, analytics, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business intelligence tools to deliver diagnostics, forecasting, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct macroeconomic analysis to guide strategic direction.
  • Deliver business reviews and post-diagnostic analysis to measure performance impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to identify business opportunities and develop aligned strategies.
  • Work with the Data & Analytics team to develop planning and insighting solutions.
  • Manage and execute business strategy projects and represent Strategy & Insights in cross-functional engagements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with specialization in Information Technology.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or data-driven roles, preferably with strong commercial/finance or data science exposure.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
