Job Description:

As a seasoned Associate Manager in analytics, you will lead our team of experts to drive business decisions with data-driven insights. Manage complex data extracts, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and design performance tracking queries to support strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting through complex data management.
  • Develop effective working relationships with business owners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and build performance tracking queries to inform decision-making.
  • Champion the development and publication of self-service performance tracking solutions.
  • Analyze data to drive business recommendations and formulate strategic direction.
  • Apply analytical techniques to various disciplines, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Manage projects and vendors to ensure delivery against business goals.
  • Make confident decisions, communicate effectively, and develop direct reports.
  • Drive team members' engagement, track performance, and provide guidance on career development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relational decision-support databases and analytical consulting.
Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated computing and database reporting skills.
  • Programming experience with statistical and database software, including SQL Server, Adobe Analytics, SAS, Business Objects, Tableau, Python, and R.
  • Visual Basic scripting techniques, Microsoft Access, and Excel functionality.
  • Decision-support and data warehousing experience.
  • Data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and ability to produce quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship-building.
