We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to proprietary applications.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Guide customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes using available resources.
- Reporting: Prepare and generate regular and special coverage reports for management and marketing divisions.
- Data Management: Perform data management tasks, including filtering, data scrubbing, and merging using Microsoft SQL.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft SQL, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
