Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing internal tools, automations, and user enablement.

The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience in configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving company-wide tools to support scalable operations
  • Supporting the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards
  • Conducting analysis and maintaining dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about streamlining systems, automating workflows, and helping teams work smarter at scale.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field required.

Familiarity with automation platforms, AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience preferred.
