We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive customer acquisition and growth.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding new customer projects that align with our product lines and promoting our brand across various industries and geographies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outbound sales and marketing strategies to reach prospective customers
- Conduct thorough research on market trends and customer needs
- Generate high-quality leads for Senior Sellers to fuel a multi-million dollar pipeline
- Owning and closing small-to-medium business opportunities within designated territories
- Collaborating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
- Defining processes and policies for the team
- Representing our organization at events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated success in SDR or outbound sales with a track record of exceeding annual quotas and consistently driving qualified pipeline growth
- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into senior executive levels to identify new customer opportunities
- Enterprise software or technology sales experience
- Exceptional academic track records from high school and university
- Passion for business and technology
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, and scientific
- Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
