Job Title
">Seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to serve as an Administrative Assistant in our Construction department. In this role, you will provide vital support to our Director of Construction, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with contractors and vendors.

- Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Construction, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.">
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools.">
- Prepare and organize construction-related documents, including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.">
- Track vendor communication and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks.">
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for construction projects.">
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking.">
- Prepare expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.">
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.">
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A minimum of three years of full-time work experience is required.">
- Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus.">
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.">
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.">
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and other outside parties.">
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">
- Must possess strong work ethic.">
- Must be a team player.">
