Construction Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction documentation and data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately complete forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance.
  • Input data from clients and construction documents into digital systems.
  • Interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements.
  • Understand and apply information related to municipal departments, especially NYC DOB systems.
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
