Job Description

The Project Lead is responsible for supervising a team of collectors and executing recovery strategies to meet departmental goals. This role involves monitoring client calibrations, providing coaching and feedback, and performing trend analysis to improve performance.

Key responsibilities include utilizing the Afni Coaching Model (ACM) to analyze individual and team performance, formulating recommendations and action plans, and delivering training for performance improvement.

Additional duties involve managing daily work maps, monitoring productivity, and ensuring timely execution of calls to meet client expectations. The Project Lead also provides informal and formal counseling on job performance, behavior, and quality issues.

They are also responsible for preparing reports on assigned project teams and preparing documentation for quarterly and annual reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or completed at least two years of college education.
  • Experience handling Telco accounts.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including shifts.
  • Location: Commonwealth, Quezon City.
