Team Leader
DescriptionAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of your team. Your leadership skills and guidance will ensure that work is completed according to scheduled deadlines, quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
You will oversee standard process workflows, manage escalated client issues, and provide guidance on client resolutions. You will also track productivity and performance standards, analyze team statistics, and prepare reports for leadership.
Adaptability is crucial in this role. You must thrive in a structured environment by setting priorities, organizing your day, multitasking, and providing prompt follow-up.
As a problem solver, you will find solutions for time-sensitive issues and meet deadlines. You will take initiative to seek answers and positive outcomes for both clients and ADP.
Qualifications- Requires a Bachelor's degree in HCM-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory or mentorship experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues
- Effective time management, organization, and planning skills
- Project management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
