Senior Legal Specialist

">Job Summary:

The Senior Legal Specialist will assist the Head of Litigation in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and obligations arising from contracts entered into by the company. This includes recommending legal strategies in areas such as litigation, contracts, and labor relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, contracts preparation, review, and negotiation, and be able to manage multiple tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Qualifications:
  • Member of the Bar in good standing
  • At least 6-10 years of legal experience in a reputable firm or real estate development company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal instruction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Litigation in enforcing the Code of Discipline
  • Conduct regular updates and handle grievances and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
