Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (Mostly Graveyard)
Salary: Php40,000–Php50,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 2–3 years' experience as a Team Manager/Supervisor in a BPO company
- At least 1 year of experience handling a Financial Account as a Team Manager
- Willing to work in a graveyard shift
- Willing to work in Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure to manage the employees to their performance goals
- Handle and supervise up to 20 team members
- Ensure to have strong leadership presence in the
- Make sure to achieve the customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Make sure to maintain compliance with company, client, and legal standards
