Customer Service Advisor

Neksjob is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves receiving calls from customers who wish to change their mobile or broadband tariff price plan, cancel, upgrade, or return their current contract. As an advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs and providing solutions that meet both the customer's and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- To receive and respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- To assist customers with changing their mobile or broadband tariff price plan, including upgrading or downgrading their services.
- To resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- To provide information on Neksjob's products and services to customers.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong understanding of mobile and broadband services and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
Additionally, you will be required to have:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A high level of product knowledge.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
