As a Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations, supporting US hours/timezone. We value individuals with excellent organizational and communication skills, proficient in the life sciences industry, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

  • Assist with planning and execution of internal projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and other tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure proactive communication through timely email correspondences and coordinate follow-up tasks.
  • Organize internal meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and action item follow-up as necessary.
  • Maintain contact lists, assist in scheduling client meetings, and prepare client reports.
  • Assist in creating and editing content for various platforms.
  • Analyze data for internal reports and presentations as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative role within the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software.
