We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant with experience as an Electrical Estimator

Requirements:

- Electrical Engineering Degree or Certification in the field

- At least 1 year prior experience with an Australian company is preferred (Electrical/Construction/Solar/HVAC)

- Able to read an electrical plan (indoor & outdoor residential/commercial/renovations, etc.)

- Exceptional English communication skills

- Currently residing in Baguio/BLISTT area

- Familiar with Australian Tender sites

- Proficient in MS Excel and Servicem8 CRM

Job Description:

- Able to research and gather information about the costs of materials, equipment, labor, transport, etc.

- Able to create cost estimates for a customer based on data gathered

- Evaluate the level of risk and opportunities associated with a project

- Able to utilize software provided to analyze data, prices, etc.

- Prepare and submit tender proposals for review

- Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate pricing information is documented
