Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant to join our team and handle our financial processes with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks, have a strong background in invoicing, payment processing, and client communications, and possess excellent organizational skills. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely collections, and smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment processing efficiently using QuickBooks.
  • Proactively communicate with clients via phone to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and generate necessary reports.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents/spreadsheets using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, particularly for billing-related matters.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong time management abilities.
