A Customer Service Representative Position Awaits You

Are you a natural problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills? Do you thrive on creating memorable customer experiences?

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. If you have prior call center experience, reside within 80km of our office, and possess strong proficiency in English, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving and research.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience.
  • Work from home experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
