Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team, located at our Ortigas, Pasig City call center. As a customer service representative, you will support our client's products and provide exceptional service to their customers.

Your responsibilities will include using various forms of communication to address customer needs, facilitating, analyzing, and resolving customer issues, providing product support and solutions, and building relationships with clients, customers, and coworkers.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Previous work experience in healthcare, retail, or call center industries is beneficial but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
