About the Role

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our programs and teams in delivering exceptional results. As an Executive Program Manager, you will oversee the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of risks, escalations, and issues.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Global Delivery Center operations to assign project resources effectively. You will also build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust.

  • Manage projects independently where necessary.
  • Oversee concurrent client projects.
  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices for enhanced project delivery.
  • Communicate clear responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans to teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management and setting expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
  • Proven track record in aligning diverse teams across locations to deliver projects on time.
  • Experience working collaboratively with leadership teams.
  • Deep knowledge of stakeholder management, people management, and software delivery.
  • Ability to plan and resolve competing priorities.
