Job Overview

This role encompasses leading and implementing new hire training initiatives to drive operational excellence through continuous learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting upskilling sessions for Specialists and Team Leaders, ensuring alignment with performance standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough onboarding processes, providing employees with comprehensive knowledge of processes and products, and guiding them through skill enhancement and transitioning to independent work.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve training programs, encompassing advanced training for career advancement, leadership roles, and communication skills.
  • Develop engaging and relevant training materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with assessed training needs.
  • Provide timely feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees.
  • Support employees during transitions, address specific challenges, and facilitate exit processes for those not completing onboarding.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training capacity, preferably in lead gen, sales, technical support or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
