Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance to Agency Supervisors and Agency Coordinators on building strong relationships with key store personnel through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Coaching and Training: Identify personal development programs for Key Agency Personnel (AC Supervisors and Area Coordinators) via field coaching and one-on-one meetings.
  • Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training and development programs for Key Agency Personnel.
  • Building Store Relationships: Foster relationships with key store personnel through regular store visits in GMA direct accounts and modern trade accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Store Visit Program: Regularly visit stores to strengthen relationships with key store personnel and monitor merchandising activities.
  • Tabletop Review Participation: Attend monthly customized tabletop reviews with key branches to discuss sales performance and marketing strategies.
  • Promotions and Sales Execution: Oversee the execution of promotions and sales programs, ensuring that systems like Kamustahan and KRA Checking and Evaluation are followed and maximized.
  • Store Info Manual Update: Create and update the Store Info Manual quarterly, including key store personnel, availability scores, facings measurements, and achievement targets.

Merchandising and Display: Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows, manage regular and special POPs, and handle Out-of-Home (OOH) Merchandising.

  • Systems and Process Improvements: Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management, and create standard BCPs for ACs at the store level.
  • Pilot and Stretch Programs: Develop pilot and stretch programs to test new processes improving availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution for growth and profit.
Administrative Tasks
  • Record Keeping: Maintain good record-keeping systems and complete routine reports.
  • Report Submission: Ensure timely submission of required reports by Partner Agencies.
  • AC and BTL Incentives Management: Manage the accomplishment, consolidation, and encoding of AC and BTL incentives.
  • Reports for Company: Submit reports requested by the company for all MNC SKUs.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong Learning Ability: Strong passion for learning and career growth, with relevant experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Basic Marketing Skills: Basic marketing (4Ps) and computational skills.
  • Cost Benefit Analysis: Knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis and Basic Marketing Research techniques.
  • Fieldwork Willingness: Willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned anywhere, including Laguna.
