
Remote Community Association Leader

This position entails overseeing a portfolio of homeowner associations (HOAs) remotely. You will serve as the primary liaison for board members, homeowners, and vendors.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with HOA boards and homeowners via email, phone, and video conferencing to ensure effective communication.
- Schedule and facilitate remote meetings, including annual meetings, to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather supporting documents, and coordinate meeting minutes to maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes to uphold community standards.
- Collaborate with internal accounting to guarantee accurate budgets, dues, and financials to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain and update digital records, including governing documents, insurance information, meeting notes, and maintenance logs, to ensure seamless access to critical data.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software is required.

- Certification in CMCA or AMS is highly valued.
- Experience working remotely in a startup or small business environment is advantageous.
