Community Leader Position

We are seeking a strategic and driven professional to build and grow an active, engaged community of digital marketers.

The successful candidate will lead community efforts across multiple platforms, with the goal of creating a space where digital marketers connect, learn, and grow together.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers.
  • Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
