
Senior Billing Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to manage daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects within a specified territory. This entails responding to customer inquiries on billing questions in a timely and professional manner, creating, auditing, and transmitting invoices via mail, email, or customer portals.
Key responsibilities also include managing customer information and company data related to online portals and ERP customer account setup, as well as interfacing with Customer Service Representatives to correct and address any sales order related billing errors.
Effective communication with customers on billing-related needs for their accounts is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- An accounting or business degree, or commensurate experience in inside sales billing support
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a billing role, preferably supporting inside sales to demanding industrial customers
- Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn business software applications
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also highly desirable.
