Job Description:

We are a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, delivering tailored services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our inbound and outbound customer service initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include handling incoming inquiries, proactively reaching out to existing customers, and promoting new products and services. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
