We are seeking a hands-on and highly reliable IT Team Lead to oversee our internal IT team and ensure the smooth operation of all systems supporting our concrete batching plants and office functions across multiple locations. This is a critical support role for our operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment. You will lead a small but capable IT team in maintaining the reliability of our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, coordinating with developers or vendors to troubleshoot system problems, and working closely with department heads to align systems with business needsKey Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a small IT team.

Administer and maintain IT infrastructure: servers, networks, office systems, and workstations/hardware. Provide hands-on support for escalated IT issues. Ensure system uptime for all office and plant locations.

Oversee system backups, cybersecurity, and system updates. Coordinate with third-party software developers for backend troubleshooting of systems. Supervise implementation of new software, systems, upgrades and equipment.

Coordinate with department heads on system needs and improvements. Oversee software/hardware procurement, setup, and upgrades. Assist in IT budgeting, procurement, and system planning aligned with operational goals.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 10 years of IT administration experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role, which includes team leadership. Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure , user access controls, data backup systems, Windows Server, Microsoft environments, VPNs, and system security.

Familiarity with ERP or custom-built software systems, particularly in operations-heavy industries. Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python, or web-based systems) is not required but is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical staff.
