Requirements

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive in a healthcare staffing agency
  • Success in meeting sales quota over the phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different markets focused on healthcare recruitment
  • Exceptional knowledge of English is essential
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS
  • Solid experience using the Google G-Suite and softphones such as GoTo Voice
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with issue resolution and complaint management
