About This Role

This is a dynamic position that requires hands-on technical troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best practice guidance for our product. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support to customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

A successful Technical Support Advocate will operate efficiently, maintain composure, exhibit professionalism, understand our services, team needs, and deliver the highest level of client satisfaction.

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and alerts in a timely and professional manner in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose, address, and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of technical support experience, primarily supporting customers via email and chat. They should have general knowledge of how web-based and mobile apps work, as well as SaaS products - Software as a Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and support team members when assistance is needed.
