Technical NetSuite Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical NetSuite Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite ERP and excellent technical skills to analyze complex systems, develop and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
Responsibilities- Analyze system requirements, design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
- Partner with business, internal, and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
- Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution).
- Provide technical solutions to business for problems related to Finance Enterprise applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
- Investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to Business and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
- Work with various teams to investigate Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go-live.
- Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
- Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
- Lead and perform data management and migration activities.
- Ensure training and timely communications in accordance with project timelines.
- Engage in other areas of Finance such as Security, Compliance, Reporting, Production, and participate in change management support.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
- Good functional and configuration-level understanding of one or more areas including ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing, etc.
- Experience in Javascript or any other programming language is a must.
- Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
- Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
- Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
- Customer-centric and interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
- A self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
- Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
