As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various tasks, including transcription, call preparation, and schedule coordination. You will also be responsible for managing reports, virtual files, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. In addition, the candidate should have a good command of the English language and be at least 18 years of age. The device specification for this role requires an Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent, as well as Windows or Mac, and at least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available. The network requirement for this role is a 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
