Senior Credit Recovery Specialist

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Recovery Specialist. This role involves managing past due loans and potential problem accounts, with a focus on developing effective remedial strategies and action plans to reduce Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and ensure loan exposure recovery.

This position requires excellent credit evaluation, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to assess borrower viability. You'll work closely with other units to implement approved settlement schemes and ensure smooth documentation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, at least 2-3 years of experience in handling loan account recovery, and strong coordination and communication skills. Being detail-oriented is essential for this position.
