Job Overview

This role involves providing operational support to client investment programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Understanding various investment structures across asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt.
  • Monitoring and reviewing tax and legal documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaising with external parties for document exchange related to asset safekeeping and record-keeping, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Supporting annual ownership verification processes within the European AIFMD framework, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinating with auditors for asset reconciliation, depositary confirmations, and other audit tasks, maintaining high levels of transparency.
  • Managing workload to meet agreed timelines, adhering to established processes and controls, and providing proactive support to team lead and members on business-as-usual topics and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accountancy, Legal Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operations teams within private equity or financial services industries, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex corporate transaction documents, including subscription agreements, credit agreements, and LPAs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive behavior, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
