What You'll Do
As a Treasury Manager based in Taguig, you will be entrusted with overseeing critical aspects of the organisation's financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close monitoring of cash flows, ensuring liquidity is maintained at optimal levels for smooth business functioning.

Oversee daily cash management activities by monitoring balances, executing fund transfers, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Develop accurate cash flow forecasts by analysing historical data and collaborating with various departments to anticipate future requirements. Manage relationships with banking partners by negotiating terms, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining up-to-date records of all accounts. Implement robust internal controls over treasury processes to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on cash positions, investments, and debt obligations for senior management review and strategic planning purposes. Support risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential exposures related to currency fluctuations or interest rate changes and recommending appropriate hedging strategies.
