- Manage client concerns effectively, resolving issues or coordinating escalation as necessary.
- Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up processes in line with established service level agreements.
- Ensure timely Jira ticketing management for customer inquiries.
- Cultivate opportunities for process improvements and innovation, solidifying our reputation as leaders in customer service excellence.
- Provide recommendations for administrative procedures to streamline, simplify, and enhance relationships.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
