  • We guarantee timely responses to incoming chat requests, emails, and platform inquiries, addressing each concern with utmost efficiency and courtesy.

  • Manage client concerns effectively, resolving issues or coordinating escalation as necessary.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up processes in line with established service level agreements.
  • Ensure timely Jira ticketing management for customer inquiries.
  • Cultivate opportunities for process improvements and innovation, solidifying our reputation as leaders in customer service excellence.
  • Provide recommendations for administrative procedures to streamline, simplify, and enhance relationships.
Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
