Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the crypto/web3 space.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to optimize platform usage and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, planners, and content creators to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with creative, content, and media teams to produce high-performing creatives that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to adapt marketing strategies and improve overall business operations.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to optimize platform usage and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and channel strategy.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
