As a Frontline Marketing Senior Director, you will drive alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities, category/brand strategies, plans (objectives, investments, success metrics, activity calendars), including Innovation projects and IMX platforms, in partnership with Frontline Commercial and Franchise Leadership. Philippines is a key volume contributor for the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit, and we aim to maintain this leadership.
We seek a leader passionate about building relationships across all levels of seniority and cultures, who can make things happen and will be proud to be a brand ambassador. As the Senior Director, Frontline Marketing for Philippines, you will:Provide strategic and executional input to regional category teams on portfolio strategy, brand development, plans, budgets, and local innovation opportunities. Lead bottler alignment on the marketing agenda, collaborating with the Frontline Commercial team and Franchise Leadership.
Coordinate with regional category teams to ensure multi-country brand programs and innovations meet local needs. Oversee a team of employees and contingent workers, including coaching and talent development, and collaborate with the broader marketing team. Participate in regional Leadership Team and Frontline Marketing functions.
Contribute to consumer & shopper engagement strategies and identify regional engagement opportunities. Oversee localization and amplification of marketing assets, including POS activations, promos, KOL management, digital, retail, and experiential marketing. Support customer and shopper marketing efforts by maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience10+ years of marketing and leadership experience, preferably in Philippines or Asia, with digital savvy and marketing activation expertise. Business, commercial, and financial acumen. Experience working with external partners like bottlers and customers is preferred.
Experience in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, channel management (especially traditional trade), and brand marketing. Work FocusProvide nuanced, region-specific input on marketing strategies and plans. Develop relationships with partners across countries to ensure alignment.
Lead negotiations and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate activation details, including calendars, resources, and metrics. Identify needs for platform localization and local engagement opportunities.
Communication FocusRegular interaction with Front-Line Marketing Lead, Franchise teams, C&CL team, bottlers, and external agencies. Frequent communication with OU Marketing Lead, OU Category Leads, OU IMX team, and other Front-Line Marketing Directors.
