Remote Customer Service Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
You will resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, research and retrieval of information across systems, and accurate documentation of interactions and process claims.
Able to multitask and self-manage effectively, you will also guide customers through options to find the best solutions, follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, and protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Additional responsibilities include escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, and maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Requirements- Must have prior call center experience and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, along with typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up are also essential.
