Remote Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer service experiences for a diverse range of clients, handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently, and resolving customer issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in using technology, and have prior experience working in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective problem-solving.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
- Utilize available resources to support customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process claims efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience essential.
- Strong proficiency in English language required.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
