Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the store manager to drive sales performance and ensure seamless day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems to efficiently process transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely receipt, processing, and management of new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain a well-stocked store floor with merchandise available in various colors, sizes, and quantities, ensuring an optimal shopping experience for customers.
  • Guarantee a clean and organized shopping environment on the floor and in fitting rooms, reflecting positively on our brand image.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding ongoing promotions and offers, promoting engagement and driving sales growth.
  • Promote service excellence and customer satisfaction at all times, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
  • Act as a customer advocate by offering expert advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit customers' needs, enhancing their overall shopping experience.

Work Schedule

  • Five days per week, rostered (including weekdays and weekends), ensuring adequate coverage and flexibility.
  • Nine to ten hours of work per day, including a one-hour break, allowing for productivity and efficiency.
  • A minimum of two years of college education or vocational training is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Staff must be willing to work both opening and closing shifts, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • All employees are expected to work on weekends and public holidays, supporting business needs and operational requirements.
