We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the operation, management and improvement of large-scale voice communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and enforce compliance for ISO 27001, SOC2 and HIPAA standards and certification requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems administration, complex shell scripting and experience with VoIP SIP and RTP protocols.

Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of senior-level Linux Systems Administration experience across multiple core Linux distributions.
  • Advanced complex shell scripting abilities for automation purposes.
  • Hands-on experience with VoIP SIP and RTP protocols, including signaling troubleshooting, configuration management, call handling and flow management.

Familiarity with the LAMP software stack, Docker containers, KVM, Hyper-V, VMware clustered bare-metal hypervisor platforms and AWS cloud VMs is also desirable.
