Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and contributing to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Developing and training team members
  • Establishing and maintaining communication with clients and/or team members
  • Ensuring motivational programs are in place and encouraging frequent recognition

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing technical accounts and blended operations involving back-office work
