Technical Leadership Role

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in technical configuration, programming, and architecture leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and enhancing complex systems.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Project Management Skills

The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage end-to-end system life cycles, develop costing proposals, and conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis.

  • Serve as a project manager capacity to manage end-to-end system life cycle development of small to large-scale projects.
  • Develop project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet customer needs.
Business Acumen

The Director, Professional Services must have strong business acumen, including the ability to present professional images, assist with client information management standards, and contribute to business area assessment.

  • Present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire.
  • Assist with the development of client information management standards and evaluation of technology trends.
  • Contribute to business area assessment, user needs analysis, and business systems design.
Leadership Qualities

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to supervise and mentor team members, provide coaching and feedback, and prioritize tasks to achieve department goals.

  • Supervise a team of direct reports consisting of Associate-, Staff-, and Senior-level Consultants.
  • Supervise and mentor all intermediate and junior level staff assigned as members of the project team.
  • Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
