This job posting is for a remote executive assistant and e-commerce coordinator position.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the smooth operation of our office and e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, communications, and project coordination. They will also ensure that the Shopify store is updated accurately and that quality assurance checks maintain a seamless customer experience.

In this role, you will work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be comfortable using project management tools and collaborating remotely with developers, designers, and marketing partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations role
  • Proven familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with quality assurance testing in e-commerce environments
  • Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS) to manage site updates
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
